Protective Coatings

Spartan Coating Systems offers mobile application of a full selection of spray on protective polyurea coatings. Polyurea is a fast-drying elastomer which, given the correct surface preparation, can offer superior quick-return-to-service protection for concrete and steel assets.

Applied as a plural component spray, our polyurea technologies are VOC and toxin free and offer outstanding resistance against many forms of natural and chemical corrosion, industrial-grade abrasion and impact damage.

Polyurea is extremely versatile and has been used successfully for waterproofing tanks, parking garages, reservoirs, tunnels, and more.
FLEXIBLE
Adheres to almost any substrate regardless of shape or size and can expand with thermal expansion & contraction changes.
FAST CURE
Thicknesses can range from 20 mils to 500 mils in one application. Cure times range from instantaneous to two minutes allowing for quick return to service.

Polyurea Applications

Polyurea can be used in a broad range of applications including corrosion protection, containment, membranes, linings and caulk. It can also be used in extreme conditions. Polyurea is 100% solids, making it compliant with VOC regulations.
